Bring your truck to the heart of the celebration. With thousands of attendees and growing demand, this is your chance to showcase your menu to a diverse, engaged crowd.
Vendors: Please Fill Out these Two Forms ASAP:
**Those who submit their vendor applications by May 1, 2026, will receive priority consideration.
Step 1
Click below to fill out the "Food Vendor Registration Form." You will also be asked to pay the $50 vendor registration form (online: via credit card or bank transfer, or you can pay by mailing in a check).
Step 2
Click here to fill out and submit the required "Notice of Intent for Food Trucks."
Important Information for Food Truck Vendors:
1) Food Truck Vendors must complete the “Notice of Intent” application (click on link above). No additional license is required for event.
2) Don't forget to provide your verification of your Food Truck Food License to the Health Department as requested in the “Notice of Intent” (click on link above).
3) Be sure to bring plenty of water to drink for all staff as it will be hot in July.

We encourage you to share the Block Party webpage on your website and via your social media channels. Let your customers know that you are participating and what you will be selling.
Do your best to plan for a large crowd. Last year we had over 4000 attendees. Many of our vendors ran out of food before the end of the event.
Yes. You can donate to the Block Party and any additional funds will be used to support our work to revitalize Detroit's Chinatown. Thank you!
