FOOD BOOTH VENDORS: REGISTER NOW
Join one of Detroit’s most vibrant cultural events. Last year, over 4,000 attendees came out to celebrate—this year, we’re expanding and looking for standout food vendors to be part of it.
Vendors: Please Fill Out these Two Forms ASAP:
**Those who submit their vendor applications by May 1, 2026, will receive priority consideration.
Step 1
Click below to fill out the "Food Vendor Registration Form." You will also be asked to pay the $50 vendor registration form (via credit card, bank transfer, or check).
Step 2
Click here to download and fill out the required "Temporary Food License Application." Key fields have been pre-filled for your convenience.

Important Food Vendor Information:
1) Food Booth Vendors must complete the State of Michigan "Temporary Food Establishment License Application" required by the Detroit Health Department. Please email the completed form to sfsandyfatt@gmail.com.
2) A representative from the Detroit Health Department will be on-site on July 25th (before the 12:00 noon Block Party opening) to verify your ability to serve food.
3) Cost of the License Application is $147 and must be paid a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event. The Health Department representative will contact you to collect your $147 payment AFTER your application is reviewed.
4) Please be sure to bring enough water for all of your staff. The event is outdoors and will be hot in July. Electricity will be available upon request. Please specify in your application.
